Customer Service Representative

Wesbell is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support to both our customers, and our management team. The position is primarily focused on supporting Wesbell’s automotive operations. Please note that this position is a Tuesday to Saturday role.


  • Work with the overnight operations team to understand if there is any issue that need to be communicated with the customer
  • Communicate any delays or service issues to our customers and follow up to provide updates if required.
  • Assist customers with any transportation related damage claims including tracking and reporting of such incidents
  • Provide summary reports to all customers
  • Provide updates to customers throughout the day on our delivery progress and any delays which they may experience
  • Capture and log all delivery times on a daily basis, and provide a monthly report summarizing our overall performance
  • Act as a liaison between our customers and the operations team to clearly convey any concern or issue
  • Follow up on all customer concerns to ensure they are closed and documented
  • Maintain customer database and ensure any customer changes are documented and shared with the team
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management


  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • A post-secondary diploma in a related field is preferred


  • Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
  • Friendly, professional, outgoing, and a team player
  • Confident with the ability to engage with customers in difficult circumstances
  • Exceptional phone manners
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, time-sensitive operation
  • Transportation experience would be beneficial
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset
